Perbedaan Indeks Entomologi Pemantauan Jumantik Dewasa dan Jumantik Anak di Dusun Mejing Kidul, Ambarketawang, Gamping, Sleman, Yogyakarta
Abstract
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still the main problem in Indonesia. A continuous mosquito breeding places control can reduce vector density. The monitoring of mosquito breeding places control has been done by larvae surveyor (jumantik) in community. In Mejing Kidul, larvae monitoring program has been done by children since 2012. This study aimed to compare the entomology index monitored by children and adult in Mejing Kidul, Ambarketawang, Gamping, Sleman. This research was an observational analytic research with a cross-sectional design. The population of this study was the people in Mejing Kidul, Ambarketawang, Gamping, Sleman. Samples were taken using total sampling technique from secondary data. Data were analysed using independent T-test and linear regression. The House Index (HI), Container Index (CI), Breteau Index (BI) and Larva Free Index (ABJ) monitored by adult jumantik were 14.99%, 6.92%, 19.01, and 85.01% respectively. Whereas House Index (HI), Container Index (CI), Breteau Index (BI) and Larva Free Index (ABJ) monitored by children jumantik were 21.35%, 11.39%, 27.89, and 78.65% respectively. T-test analysis showed that the p-value of HI, CI, BI, and ABJ were 0.009, 0.028, 0.038, and 0.009 respectively. This indicates that there is a difference in entomology index monitored by children and adult. There was a difference in average of HI, CI, BI, and ABJ monitored by adult and children.
Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) masih menjadi permasalahan di Indonesia. Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) secara rutin dapat membantu menurunkan kepadatan vektor. Pelaksanaan PSN di monitoring dengan menggerakkan kader juru pemantau jentik (jumantik) di masyarakat. Di Mejing Kidul pemantauan dilakukan oleh anak anak sejak tahun 2012. Penelitian ini ingin membandingkan perbedaan indeks entomologi hasil pemantauan jumantik dewasa dan pemantauan jumantik anak di dusun Mejing Kidul, Ambarketawang Gamping, Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan observasional analitik dengan desain crossectional. Populasi dalam studi adalah masyarakat di Dusun Mejing Kidul, Ambarketawang, Gamping, Sleman. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampel data sekunder. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji independent T tes dan regresi linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai House index (HI), Container index (CI), Breteau index (BI) dan Angka Bebas Jentik hasil pemantauan jumantik dewasa 14,99%, 6,92%, 19,01 dan 85,01%. House index(HI), Container index (CI), Breteau index (BI) dan angka bebas jentik hasil pemantauan jumantik anak 21,35%, 11,39%, 27,89 dan 78,65%. Hasil analisis statistik menggunakan uji T tes menunjukkan House index (HI) p-value 0,009, Container index (CI) p-value 0,028, Breteau Index (BI) p-value 0,038 dan Angka Bebas Jentik p-value = 0,009. Hasil tersebut menunjukan ada perbedaan rata-rata indeks entomologi hasil pemantauan jumantik dewasa dan pemantauan jumantik anak. Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata House Index (HI), Container Index (CI), Breteau Index (BI) dan angka bebas jentik yang dipantau jumantik dewasa dan anak-anak.
